The linework looks shaky again, though it appears to more digital, like with a 'noise' brush. More noticable watercolor-like splotches with the highlights and shades. Looks more rough/sloppy/grungy in certain parts.

Maybe LJN's best? I'm not sure it's even beatable, but the comic strip intermissions, the multitudinous characters, and the grungy rock makes for the perfect setting for running around beating up goons dressed in 90s clothes.
