Stepping away from WoW for a moment, I'm really hyped for the Hearthstone expansion, and their year-long faction war narrative. Just with these few shots, they pretty much solidified the aesthetics and feelings that I love about the Horde, in all its diversity.

After playing so many WoW expansions as Horde, it's nice to be somewhere that's so pretty (for now). It's a great change of pace, especially compared to WoD, where the Alliance had a beautiful forest for their garrison, and we were in a literal icy wasteland all the time.

The original idea for WoW: Warlords of Draenor was gonna have Garrosh escape to create the Mongrel Horde, an alliance of all the low-level ‘trash mob’ races to take revenge on all the adventurers who spent years slaying them, and they scrapped it in favor of dumb time travel crap
