Here’s some details from my illustration for @patrickjwoods’ Gravity article. Peep the lapel pin. It’s the emblem for Gravity. A whole lot of Harry Houdini / Nikola Tesla inspiration was drawn for this piece, carrying on with the retro brand style I established for the magazine.
Editorial illustration I worked on for @OrbitModel’s Gravity. Inspired by the title of @patrickjwoods’ article, “Community Growth & the Surface Area for Magic,” I channeled the showmanship of Houdini and N. Tesla’s electricity. Practical or scientific interpretations of magic.
