I’m really fond of this classic video game character trope where the character is a mere tradesman such as a plumber, exterminator, construction worker or handyman, it feels weird yet it kinda works too, especially in a platformer.

Not much to say except it's a well designed and fun retro platformer. Doesn't really exceed a lot in one aspect over the others, it all just goes in hand with the rest making it pretty solid
It's also very short and cheap and cute so go play it

Now you see kids, Rayman Origins is a great platformer. It gives us challenging, fast paced platforming and a silly yet astonishing soundtrack to back it up! I can totally say those were the reasons I loved it as a kid

What kind of game/genre are you best at?

For me I would say platformer. But not any, I cant play kid icarus or mega man 9 at all. But give me mega man 2, mario or most fair indie platformers and I got it.
