To those who love platformers...
I will be alone today, and so I have decided to play something a bit different instead.
Today's game of choice is Megaman: Powered Up.
As for which character I play as, I will leave that up to all of you to decide.
The poll will be below.

I'm Gil Swampguy, your Swamp Dad! I enjoy playing fighting games, precision platformers, party games, and horror games (even though I scare easily!)

If you like Dad-Joking, keyboard-smashing fun, stop by my swamp! Hope to see ya 'round!

Just thinking about it, Kiara has been playing RPGs, adventure games and stuff growing up that's not that closely related to platformers (with help of her brother) her not really doing well at Mario games that... Let's be honest are thought with Mario fans in mind is a given

(2016)
I think this makes it clear which is my favorite saga in terms of platformers.

If ur in the mood for platformers, I always and forever will recommend these 3 games. They're all on Steam for under £15 each (roughly $18) and run on nearly anything. I love them all to death and can recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat

3D platformers aren't my specialty, but I need to know what Super Mario 64 is like. Starting-up stream in 5 minutes.

2017: an EVEN MORE stacked year and as much as I think BOTW is a perfect game (which it is), A Hat in Time just has so much charm and while Celeste is the pinnacle of 2D platformers, this is the pinnacle of 3D platformers for me. It made MARIO look boring to me!

this guy had no right being as good as he is. Mad jack is a mid boss that plays like a late game boss fr fr. Probably the best boss fight in dk64 if not one of the better boss fights in old platformers as a whole.

2022: It’s a very close tie between these two. One being one of the best FromSoft games I’ve ever played, and the other being what’s now one of my favorite platformers from the PS1/2 era.

2018: Celeste all the way. It hits close to home on an emotional level while its gameplay compels me because I'm a weird little creature that adores twitch platformers. Special mention to Gris, which hits emotionally for similar reasons while being unreasonably beautiful.

2014 - Freedom Planet

I remember being really excited for this game! There wasn't too much this year that stood out aside from this for me - it's not be perfect but it really captured the heart of Genesis / Saturn era platformers and that was hard not to fall in love with

2018: celeste. i'm honestly not great at 2d platformers (tho tbh, i also played it on switch and i think part of that was shitty joycons?) but it's just got an incredible atmosphere. and also is the second game i've mentioned so far that lena raine did an amazing soundtrack.

1994 best sonic game ever made and also just one of the best platformers ever made idc

Special mention: Celeste! This is one of the best platformers and really touching and sweet-- the whole thing works well in a way you can only get with video games.

Game 21 - 24: Mega Man 1, 2, 3, and Wily Tower!

A really fun bunch of 2D platformers! Some of the best NES games around, and the Mega Drive versions look and sound great too!

Which of these 4 different variations of Crash Bandicoot do you prefer the most?

D-Jump! is a game made by Paris in 1997/1998.
It's about a boy who is transported to Ancient Egypt, where everyone seems to be made of wood. The game was cancelled.
I always found this project interesting, I hope it can be re-imagined someday.
Ubi needs good platformers.
