Myotis atacamensis is a bat species with severely fragmented populations along the coast of Peru and Chile, recently considered as Endangered by the IUCN because of habitat fragmentation.
We worked with @CovidActNow to analyze 700+ US counties & found that Black vaccination rates have surpassed White rates in 36% of counties, but counties where Black populations have higher vaccination rates still face considerable challenges.
