I have two unmounted specimens of these ready to taxidermy once I got time.
Short-Beaked Common Dolphin
Dolphins are very social and playful animals, they travel in pods of 20 to 60 animals which can merge into so-called mega-pods consisting of thousands of specimen. They mix with other species of dolphin and even hunt together with yellowfin tuna, sea
@BStokkermans Oh, neat! Not sure if it's what you're going for here but when I was working with the Field Museum we ended up going for a simpler, remige-free tail for Deinonychus based on a specimen of Tianyuraptor

Good morning specimens! The Melatonin I took last night helped with a goodnight's rest.
Happy Valentine Day specimens!
No matter how you spend Valentine I hope it's a blast.
Now excuse me as @smolgrapeVT and I try to beat Dead Cells.
One of the partial results of my post-doc work, using photometry/computer tomography and 3d modeling software to reconstruct damaged fossil specimens, in this case the skull of Pagosvenator candelariensis, an erpetosuchid from the Triassic of Southern Brazil.
Happy #FossilFriday from me and the “gore king”, Lythronax argestes!
While the only known specimen isn’t too complete, Lythronax is an important window into how tyrannosaurs evolved their acute eyesight, bone-crushing bite, and enormous sizes. #dinosaurs #museum #scicomm #fossil
