Just a little something I made in inspiration from my friend colorful characters, one specifically that's my favorite is named Red. I'd probably be known as Lavender, somewhere between Violet and Blue.

Maybe I'm confused but what exactly is inaccurate about the first photo?
If it's the gradients, I've seen lots of Black artists color thier characters this way. For example this is how plasticbottru on Webcomics do it this way

Yeah the brushes are really convincing! It depends on how you use it too, I tried hard to layer it like actual watercolors. My older drawing where I only had a very basic brush looks somewhat convincing bc of the layering, but you could never achieve edges or gradients like this.
