Why did electeds decide it was time to give up caring about public health precautions? Look at the vax map. The areas at 50% or greater are the whiter, wealthier neighborhoods. Enough of those people aren't worried about their personal safety anymore, so the emergency is over.

Quick coloring test, using only gradient map. this took me less than an hour, compared to my usual 4~6hr process.
