Hiroshi Takai is the director of and best known for his work on the SaGa series as well as beeing a key member in the rebirth of FF XIV. In 2015 he left the team to begin work on the next mainline Final Fantasy.

(He also directed the 2008 released RPG 'The Last Remnant')
