Another quick comparison between BEER/Malt and Eevee. BEER lets you disable self-shadowing behaviour (important with edited normals) while keeping cast shadows, as well as disabling certain meshes from casting unwanted shadows, giving a much more anime-like effect.

So... am *I* the ONLY person who looks at the dark areas under the VISION's brow and see it as shadows, and not as his eyes?

I know his eyes are typically dark (when visible), unless emitting beams, (tho sometimes as tiny glints) but they're almost always in shadow.

So while I've been recovering in bed, I tried playing around with some photo editing tools to try and make myself look more grounded in the human world by messing with lights, shadows, grain, etc. Don't know if it worked or not.

I deleted my color test... 🙃. Oh well, this is the next step, I decide on flat colors before moving to any kind of shadows, lights. I fell in love with the colored lights in my photo reference so I keep a fairly cool/cold palette! I add weird streaks in the hair,cause reasons
