I've seen Cruella in pretty much all her iterations (book included) and the devil woman is always the best part. That's the sign of an amazing villain.

A lot of Ghibli films don't have a main villain. Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Whisper of the Heart, Up on Poppy Hill, Only Yesterday etc. There's no "Big Bad."
