#EveryFamicomGame 79: #Karateka
I had no idea I was going to come across the dancing karate meme. I had no idea he even had a game! I can feel the nostalgia flowing through me... #NinjaWorksIt lives on.
#EveryFamicomGame 78: #ThePortopiaSerialMurderCase
I was a bit underwhelmed at the first images I saw of this game, but apparently this is the dawn of the visual novel. This game would eventually lead to all those Japanese dating games. Dang. Good job, Yuji Horii.
#EveryFamicomGame 77: #Ikki
Not the best game, but a visually pleasant one.
I wonder what a Zelda game would look like in feudal Japan.
Street Fighter II: The World Warrior (Super Famicom) promotional artwork.
#EveryFamicomGame 76: #BurgerTime
Ah, classic. There's something therapeutic about drawing a cheeseburger in detail between hundreds of drawings of characters.
mmmm....borger...

@sheep4sleep1915 Hell even ZONE-sama got to work on Skullgirls, and the character designer for Smash 4 had a very lewd message in an Famicom game IIRC.
And people said being lewd gets you nowhere in life. ;)

#EveryFamicomGame 75: #Pachicom
Welcome to the Famicom... Toshiba? I didn't think they made games. I guess it's just Pachinko, in the end. Fun to look at, not much else.
#EveryFamicomGame 74: #PacLand
The game is well known to the point it became a #SmashUltimate stage, but generally speaking not many people have played it.
There's not much detail I could add without taking away what makes it Pac-Land, so the art is very basic today.
#EveryFamicomGame 73: #OnyankoTown
A cat mother saving her kittens from dogs roaming the streets. A solid game premise, but it gives me weird vibes. It's like Animal Crossing street crimes, and not the GTA kind.
#EveryFamicomGame 72: #MachRider
#Akira reference. I've never watched it but these poster parodies are everywhere.
I actually like this game, I kinda want it to make a comeback because the story sounds neat. Basically Mad Max: Alien Invasion.
Rivals has a cool callback to this piece of art of Alena wearing the shimmering dress from the original Famicom version
#EveryFamicomGame 71: #NinjaJaJaMaruKun
Sometimes I get curious about some of the games I draw for this project. I didn't know there were that many Ninja Kid games, let alone enough to warrant a collection release.
'Sweet Home' the Famicom survival horror game, a significant source of inspiration for the original Resident Evil. Find out more with these hi-res scans from it's rare art-book: https://t.co/ljR1Dq3V6W
#SurvivalHorror #Capcom
i also tried it with that one sylvix cyiis au mockup i made and it looks like an old famicom game ='))
#EveryFamicomGame 70: #SkyDestroyer
It's a WW2 game where you fly a Japanese plane and fight Americans.
I could see why this wasn't released in America only 40 years after the end of the war, but I do find this to be an interesting perspective.
