my buddy .@sugiegg did these great pieces for me, thanks lad!
Thinking about updating the ol' YT icon and Twitter with these, what do we think boys?
There's me as drawn by Minoto, Cassandra by herself or Cass with the channel name. Maybe I need a better font..
257. Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster
#365faves
Assaulted on one end for not liking FFXIV very much, I'll be attacked on the other for a similar take about FF1! The 1st Final Fantasy is not very playable if you didn't grow up with it. Pixel Remaster is a BIG help (minus the font)!
Here's the updated image, which will hopefully be done in time for the event. Thanks to @mizure3213 for the resources of the Shibamata poster. I was able to find the right font and colors for this image, and reproduce a high quality version of the poster
Heavily based on a classic painting. Tested a line and font choice with gradient mostly. I wanna see if I can get away with a signature graphic for covers in the future. For now, this is wholly for fun.
Can't speak for the game quality, but I think I nailed this homage title screen. Thanks to @Nowis_337 wizardry in nailing the title font!
Check this game out (and way better ones) in #haroldjam 2022!

I can't explain but this is like same thing different font but also my mental health got progressively better
@Doaly That's fire man! I was curious, did you try anything else for the type? I only ask because I've been forced to use the Star Wars title font before and I didn't enjoy it!
Ok, working on some different inking options.
1. Traditionally inked and *gulp* hand-lettered.
2. Digitally inked and using a comic font.
Any thoughts / preferences?
Which one is your favourite? 😍
I thought I’d share three of my favourite typefaces that I’m using a lot of at the moment, they are:
1. Barcelona Nights Script
2. Delvey Modern Serif
3. Backyard Garden
These are all included in the font bundle on Etsy from Beck McCormick!
