@Far2NSFW Angels are kinda weird in the world of TLHB. In this case the flying eyes are spies one angel uses to make sure everything is in order. Angels themselves can have all sorts of shapes, from human-like to horrifying creatures.
@dasmirts Unity's 2D Animation package is awesome for this.
Used it to rig and animate all the @RingOfPain creatures. Also the majority of sprites (incl this one) were just the painting straight up without limbs etc separated. Made the process really efficient.
