Especially from JRPGS which the plot lines are emulating a lot of the story telling from. In a vacuum these two characters seem from wholly unrelated works. That's what context is

@Smokeypugs @anniegreengable That’s him! I can’t find the picture it reminded me of, but this is close. The one Angron reminds me of was one of the interior covers of a 3rd Ed Codex. It was this crazy, flayed face. Such a distinct style.
