The most interesting one is what I call "wacky pat" which has a really interesting look to it so I'll post it separately too.

It was made based off an urban environment and ended up having some common shapes in it. Namely the octagon.

idk if this helps, but i usually just slap a general idea and then carve the shapes i want out with a textured brush!! 🤧

Thanks! But these are lifted from screen caps, I trace and color these sometimes to learn the shapes and forms and get acquainted to the character when I eventually do an original piece

Drawings from last night. The first is a musculature drawing and then beside it I was drawing an example for someone of how you can draw 2D shapes, how to make them 3D, and then how to combine it with a horizon line for simple perspective. the second pic is someone's OCs.

Take 2! I pushed the shapes even further and redid the pattern seams to better hold these shapes.

Things I learned from take 1:

💚- Forms will be lost so exaggerate more
💚- Bevel your cuts so the planes sit where they outta
💚- We usin EVA foam this time.
