this piece was a trip. I actually made 2 separate renditions of it but I wasnt happy with either one. They lacked the organic feel I was going for and they look too stiff for my liking. Character belongs to my fave hoe @/fledermauuz

A small pic done for a challenge on a Discord server I share with and

A random char was picked umong a few proposed from the chat. Ratchet And Clank came out this time.

Drawing on tablet feels a bit stiff, might need to change brushes.

I'd love to get some redline or critique on my posing and anatomy from these pieces^^ I think they are good, but they feel just a little stiff and I'd love to know how to improve this in the future!

I tried drawing Xiao for the first time, I really like how my painting skills are improving...
He looks stiff cause it's kinda my first time drawing "full body"

Another comparison- it's amazing how less stiff you can get with circles vs. boxes. Also, like, an understanding of anatomy, but shhhh. (Flowed Floewr, or Flower Murphy if he's a human lol)

Supta Padangusthasana. It is a reclining asana in modern yoga. It makes the muscles of the legs stronger. It helps recovery from a cardiac condition. It removes stiffness in lower back, and relieves backache

Maybe I’ll draw some expressions tomorrow. I wanna work on being more expressive/fluid and less stiff with my poses/faces. Anyone got any expressions they’d love to see me explore in drawing? Likely to use Flich as a test dummy, cuz ears are fun to play with.

He has articles insanely critical about Extra Lines in shows like Ghostbusters and He-Man, how the characters have to stay on model because they're overly detailed.
The stiffness with the new style in numaniacs prevents the characters from utilizing s-curves and long strokes.

"One is distracted by this notion that there is such a thing as inspiration, that it comes fast and easy. And some people are graced by that style. I’m not. So I have to work as hard as any stiff to come up with my payload." ~ Leonard Cohen

Getting their, I need to add some weight difference in the sword arm and shield so they dont feel so stiff. Then I need to work on the forward leg to be less piston like.
