It gets really noticeable when you look closer. Look at the bat's eyes - they're not square now!
Look at the walls/rocks - the shading is so much smoother and you don't notice individual pixels

(especially in the part on the bottom left)

Some people have asked me in the past what brush I use for painting. It is always this one hard airbrush I have slightly modified (hexagon shaped.) I use it for sketching, shading, smoothing, lighting - everything. There is no need for another brush. It works.
