I've changed up a few things for I'm revisting the feature rich Unreal Engine and Paper 2D. Because it's easier to prototype stuff in such a small time. I'm going to focus on art for a few days. Here's a teaser

Day 8. I think I'm happy with the new direction of the sprite. I made him a bit shorter, and a little wider, adjusted his arm too. Looks a lot better. But now I can't decide on the eye. I'm leaning toward option C, but I like outside opinions. Poll below. :D

Day 6 & 7: In exchange for delicious cakes, the giant monsters promise not to eat humans. They're going to be capable of mouth expressions & eating things. Prototype monster.

Day 6. While the original fox sprite I did is super cute, the eyes are hard to work with and the size makes some details also hard to portray. So I'm reworking it. Not sure how I feel just yet, but I think I'm on a good path. What do you guys think?

Day 6. Scrapped ludum dare 45 jam's project from yesterday (beaucause waaay to long to finish in the given time), started a new one yesterday night. most graphisms are here, need to implement functionnalities and compose/find a fitting music. Still a long way to go ><

I didn't have time to work on days 3 and 4, but here's an exterior map I started today. This one has too many details in comparison to my usual backgrounds, so I might have to tone it down a bit. I guess we'll see 💦

Day 4 GMS 2 ! I wrote a script to put a obj_town on my obj_map o/. And generated textboxes for my cities (thank you Shaun Spalding's tutorials ^^). Now I need them to follow the city when I zoom on the map...But that'll be for later, as in 4h30 it's Ludum Dare Time !
