You can see the attention to anatomical and scale flow detail here. I thought it would be cool to use elongated scales instead of feathers. This sounded a lot easier to pull off then it turned out, there was a lot of drawing and redrawing here to get it right.

For a while I've used DS_Arts as my art tag/handle. However I've recently come to learn that name is already used by a ferw companies and even a school.

So, I guess it's time to come up with a new name.

Kicking off the new year with a new character! This is Pincer, an underwater idol crab girl! She can inflate the orange flaps on her hips to move around underwater easier!!

With new models it is much easier to bring your ideas to life. It's really cool that the community is developing so quickly and training better models for generation.
