Fun fact: the most twisted part of this is the paper itself. The edges bended so much that I had to push down the scanner cover by hand (too much water for the aquarell paper).

Not a guide update (well, not tonight, anyway). The Crystal Resolve War-Steed cosmetics dye pretty well.
For the plate armour, it's the edges that take the dye. The caparison is more generous and the material behind the Crystal pattern dyes.

Honestly, watercolor is such a weird medium. I can never decide if I should micromanage the water and the edges or let the paint do its thing and allow it to be expressive and FREE-

I actually used to draw him with more softness just last year, but stopped since sharp edges were easier. I've been thinking of going back and softening him up a bit again. Thanks for the feedback! /gen
