This is what 9 years of practice, study, and application does. Not my cleanest work but neither was the original.
I’m briefly breaking my twitter hiatus for a study, maybe the last for 2021. Based on a picture taken by Julia Margaret Cameron during the victorian period. Done over a bit more than 1 hour on procreate.
Did a lighting study, practiced on ol' #Levi here!! I'm really happy with how it turned out!! If you want #illustrations like this, you can contact me through DMs!

Good evenyan! Here's my #kanjistudy, featuring: 八, 8! ^_^
Like many kanji, this one originally had a different meaning of separation, and was used as a sound loan.
Similar to how the English sound for 8 is pronounced the same as "ate".

Day 1925: Ear! Another simple study, but I liked it. I'm slowly working through getting comfortable with the head, and I'm learning! I know I just need to keep chipping away at the wall and one day I'll break through it. I'm slowly gaining confidence with these each day!
#ArtAdventCalendar Day 19: small prairie study, again, this one with an ever bigger Alberta sky
#portrait study, feels really great drawing again after exams!.
