Now, this isn't the first time members introduced in the League appear with 0 Cass. I do believe Batman Inc Vol. 2 #4 (aka the last time a bunch of League members showed up) had Mad Dog appear (being taken out by Knight).
@GreatCheshire Cass is a few steps back to her old heights (Steph not so much but it is there). It really helps that there's "some" promotion going on with the character (which hadn't in the past).
It's just that-- there's still so much owed and more that can be done with the character.
