I noted that this actually kinda parallels my first piece this year, which was the cover for WWFSFG, but are also opposites with Ansy being very exposed, or almost completely covered, and the mood in one is harsher while the other is softer. It was a very interesting coincidence.

Okay the parallels between and are becoming too hard not to notice and point out.

parallels in Yashahime:
Setsuna reminds Towa she is loved
Both twins have their parents facial expressions
Sesshomaru holds Rin in his arms (most romantic thing ever)
Sesshomaru freaking smiles at Rin
SessRin is happy but the trailer gives us the angst again 😔💔

idk if this counts but i like doing little design parallels between my characters , such as jack and Ace(these guys are half siblings) both missing a fang on opposite sides ,Batraz and zbat having both scars on their one eye and ear on opposite sides(these guys are twins) https://t.co/l1pY3G7e3Q

Sometimes I get people who wonder why I have a really hard time seeing Chris as straight. A BIT hard for me not to get the impression of more than platonic feelings when parallels are made to Amy's crush on Sonic, and sad love songs play during emotional moments, for starters.

I always found interesting parallels with Arsenal and Gamera, both turtles with inspiration from Asian cosmology (Hindu, Chinese) and were created as responses to a competitor's creation, US Navy > US Army / Daiei Film > Toho. But unlike Gamera, Arsenal isn't a savior of children
