since today is national mental health day I just wanted to let people know that through whatever is that they are going through they aren't alone and that is ok to ask for help, after all, you deserve to feel good

This Mental Health Awareness day, drink a cup of tea. Take a nap. Breathe in, and then out. Always have love and empathy for those around you- you never know what their battles are. ♥️
