I'm just mulling and speculating here, but seeing all these original characters -- none of them derived from anyone from the games -- feels like that Pokemon Horizons wants little to no plans in adapting any of the storylines from the games themselves and be its own thing.

So to artists that color your outlines...
Do you color them as you go? Like as you draw them?
Do you go back and recolor them after?
Or do you use a clipping mask on your outline layer to color them?

I use a clipping mask. It works well enough

Why do I even bother with LINEART?
Once I color the lines to match the fully rendered piece they all just disappear anyway...😅
Next time I'm going in coloring sketch only...😅 😂
