My City Noire system began as a solo strategy game aiming to be Xcom mix with Dishonored/ImmSim games, but I changed to a complete pixel art ttrpg, with focus on tactical engagement (lethal/nonlethal/stealth), and some light 4x rules of research, base building and territory claim
