A strange winter sprite, some say this one brings good fortune others will tell you to stay away. What would you do if you saw this creature?

Architect puppet for Flash! Directly inspired by puppet for Spine. I did notice that there were quite a lot of modifications from her original sprite, so I had to improvise.

Mad
First appearance: Wario's Woods (NES)
One of Wario's band of monsters that helped him invade the Peaceful Woods, and the game's third boss. She has the ability to charm Toad's helper sprite, briefly stunning it.

My half of a trade with . Sprite, the sylveon Tranceon seems to have caught a sneaking Pumpkin trying to steal some treats.
A little telekinesis and hypnosis ought to be a lesson! Maybe?

Hey, I started my journey as an artist just by recoloring Sonic and Kirby sprites. Nowadays I make sprites of my own

2015 is when I made my first sprite, but i'd say end of 2017 is when I truly began making sprites often, after a long hiatus in 2016

Onwards to the next decade!

Finished Kaleb's sprite, James' brother! He's blind in his right eye, which scarred over. The scar goes over his eyebrow, but his hair covers it.

Another interesting detail: Pelipper's neck protrusion returned from the early RS sprite, meaning the original designer for Pelipper might have been the one to draw the early DP sprite, or else the concept art used for reference still had it.

Also one cute thing I observed: if they all really are the beta sprites, then that means some of them could've been potentially worked into later games (namely beta Glalie reworked as Platinum Glalie's animated sprite, pictured). Or if it's fake it's derived from actual sprites

We could’ve had this backsprite, that would’ve been rad https://t.co/Oo87PalnhE

Picturing the fairies.

Three late C18th English satires, showing a sprite, goblin, and fairies dancing in a ring. In each case, nasty humans threaten to spoil the wee folks' fun.

Hand-coloured etchings from the collection of .

3 Decades of Kangaskhan:

With an internal ID number of Kangaskhan is one of the oldest Pokemon in existence. But unlike many of the Pokemon his age, Kangaskhan has remained virtually unchanged.

1. Gen 1 beta sprite, 1990
