I decided to turn my colorful DuudleHeads into grayscale. I will complete the color-changing process in a few days and continue the concept just like this.

Steps 3 and 4: cleaned up value block-in, and a quick color-overlay onto grayscale to get an idea of colors. I airbush in the colors in this pass typically. Tried brighter oranges and greens but they looked super bad, and I tuned the "base" back to add more colors carefully.

I did the grayscale challenge with the frog and dang it came out good. Adjusted the eyes a bit afterwards but love the colors overall. Kinda wanna make more stuff with these guys 🐸
