Part 1: Jack Canty
Jack was born in Portsmouth in 1910 with only one leg and no hands, but still managed to paint. He earned his living as a commercial artist and worked for Portsmouth Museum making posters and providing artwork for publicity.
First things first, this panel. Tails is talking as if Sonic had injured that foot before this instance. That also just so happens to be the leg he injured in the current Impostor Syndrome Arc.
