I finally finished my first ever eeveelution design

I wanted the Dragon typing to be a little more vague rather than just a traditional western dragon

I'm still fascinated that there was a weird Dark type ghost thing that evolved into Girafarig (with two giraffe heads) in the GS Beta, but then it became Wobbuffet instead.

While the two are unrelated, they do share a weird shadow head tail and Psychic typing.
