Reread Bane's Story from TCW: Stories of Light & Dark. It ends w/ Boba asking Bane to help him w/ a plan he has. To me, this line + seeing that Bane appears to have cybernetic plating in his head implies the Boba/Bane arc is still canon.

What's your favorite Clone Trooper armor design based purely on the appearance?

For me, I'd have to go with Commander Wolffe. Along with his unique visor, I love the color scheme and paint job of his armor. Plus the cybernetic eye he has underneath his helmet is really neat too.
