He is an arieal combatant, either blasting the opponent away at range from his buster arm or drop kicking them in the face. Not one for prolonged combat, Tech will do hit and run tactics to gain the advantage!
@RexCentauri Here is Spect the Coyote, he attacks with quick and rapid blows and creations from his brush that can launch his opponents backwards and upwards. He can also create multi hit attacks with his brush like a drill, a running tire he swings upwards, and a spinning top he can launch.

@RexCentauri Concorde the Hedgehog is a tech nerd, and also a marine technician. He has a plugsuit based on evangelion is able to do "remote wind" attacks that doesn't require him to physically attack the opponent.
And that's even without his mecha!
If its Story Mode or Arcade, this is my drawing of Zanryu's Ending. His final opponent was meant to be Sinkage. Sinkage has the same genes as Zanryu but was negative. He blames it on Zanryu cause his existence is endless and influential. In MGS, Zanryu is David, Sinkage is Eli.
