everyone thinks I do pixel art as a stylistic choice, when really it’s because I deadass don’t know how normal art programs work, and at this point am too afraid to ask. On the plus side however:

The messiness was partially a stylistic choice and mostly laziness

Am I the only one who opens up examples of my OWN ART to try to make sure I’m being stylistically consistent?

Here's the last one! Overall a fun challenge. Gave me a good look at where my art is at stylistically.

Oh golly, I finally finished a thing. Tried different stylistic tweaks with each of them and even learned a couple new things too, this was pretty fun!

if you ever feel sad that your sketches don't look polished or stylistic just remember there is a notebook in my house where every page looks like the one on the left

I have recently had some big fun making stylistic references to older art styles and themes within art with my own spin!

This comic started as drawing practice originally so its gone through a lot of stylistic development but its fun to look back on the progress!

Pretty neat spin on the "draw six things" posts! Leaving my introverted shell here to throw my hat into the ring, because it would certainly be fun to see someone try their hand at emulating how I work, probably also to see what someone else perceives as my stylistic priorities??

For styles that I love, they seem to vary, but I mostly love styles that are stylistic and cartoony, but also have a lot of heart within them! I love how unique they can be in their own ways in terms of storytelling, and these types of styles just really inspire me! 💖 https://t.co/2C5u71jeNl

Tried my hand at Nomura's chibi style, which is a lot of guessing since I have one reference for it and it's black and white
I colored in the way the acrylic stands were since they're stylistically similar. Kairi's kinda my guinea pig for this type of thing by this point lmao

videogame boxart from japan (usually for namco properties) is my favorite for this very reason, they keep it simple but stylistic and colorful and its very nice to look at for me

hey, who here likes a big cat? have a double-dose; finished up flats on my reference sheet, and to inaugurate that, have a bonus pic from as a stylistic contrast

Some stylistic character concepts I made for a couple of months ago.

Good doggo is good.

Fairy Street Lights.

I know I've kept you all in the dark for a few weeks now regarding Charmlands--so I've decided to post new assets every week. I'm still drafting environments and stylistic elements, and still searching for the right scripter!

Much more to come!

i really like the fallout 4 posters (left) that emulate the UPA style (actual 50's poster on the right) really well. i think its a nice homage to the artistic fads of the 50's... and it shows they indeed did the research at least with the stylistic choices of the time

had a dream where some indie dev released a really shitty looking flash game on steam as a "stylistic choice" and bc it was done in flash it ran so shit and it fuckign looked like this

I forgot to share this, but here’s an Albel done by RBspace on DA! I love seeing different stylistic takes on this boy~

I'm depressed and at the moment I'm dedicating myself to making fanarts on so while listening to I started doing him
I don't like it very much but it's just a stylistic proof

a lil Seyji. I like how the eyes turned out! (his eyes arent actually multycolored, it's just a stylistic choice)
