Lol their origin is a very obscure reference in a SW Droid Encyclopedia, they were made by the Colicoids (manufacturers of droidekas) & used to guard their home planet of Colla IV, where one of them took out several platoons of clones. That used to be the only info & pics we had:

an Ahsoka piece from last month. I can't get over one small moment in the final season of TCW where she throws down her lightsabers and uses the force to cut a hole in the floor to escape the clones. A pretty cool way to combine sabers and the force imo.
