THE SLEEVES OMG the transparent loose sleeves which is pinned down by a gold bracelet so the pattern edges flow more elegant... and then the top opens up to a long white with lace edges tulle train behind which reveals the mermaid shaped inner dress with the gradient of colors...

love this scara piece (who doesnt tbh) but u could try mixing both soft and hard lighting instead of just hard edges all around (e.g. could try softer hair lighting?) and try to use more warm and soft shades for coloring!! but ily and ur art ofc 😙

When drawing tight clothes, shade as it was skin, i use the select tool to every muscle and then the airbrush on edges while selected on a multiply layer, after that you can use the eraser to add light details
