Funny thing before I had the Japanese copy of Rival Schools for the Psone there is a visual novel type dating simulator with a create your own character for the 2nd disc it was cut from the US release I still remember to this day I ended up with Tiffany every time in the game.

Nothing beats the real thing, but man oh man this is the best scanline emulation I've ever seen. The difference it makes for PSOne games is SHOCKING. These portraits were absolutely optimized for scanlines!
