I just recently rewatched the Last Unicorn and found that so much of how I do linework is based on the feel of this movie. Other inspirations are Watership Down, Felidae, Koloman Moser, Schiele, Mucha and Klimt as well as Magik Knight Rayearth and Sailor Moon in my teens!

Which angle do you think Egon Schiele drew this from? It looks like she's kneeling or squatting (as the title suggests) but it's drawn from above. Schiele often used a ladder to capture this perspective.
