餓狼2の場合はドット絵の最小単位は縦長い
(ネオジオ自体のスペック)
KOFと龍虎の拳は細かく切らない(背景はやったりする)

Hasn't this been a trade mark for most of Capcom's work though? Even for SF2's depiction of Ryu, it looks hella beefed up for someone just doing different martial arts. Now, looks proportions make no sense with those gross forearms.

Also interestingly, if you look closely at a few sprites in SF3, Q's skin seems rather tanned or brown, though in some official art he also seems to have short blond hair.

He's also supposedly been seen since SF2 & is being investigated by Viper by 5, while G is emerging now.

For a "draw an OC of yours dressed as a fighting game character", I've actually tried to imagine Cyphr Wolfchild from Schwarzerblitz dressed as Cammy White, in her SF2 Turbo attire :D Still WIP, but I'm genuinely happy about the result!
