I'm sure that the uh, Game Gear Micro is for...somebody I guess? I can't recall any games people hold in high regard for the thing. Kinda wish Sega jumped on the Saturn Mini or Dreamcast, like how Nintendo capitalized on the NES mini so quickly with the SNES.

Lakitus did not speak early on in the Mario games, due to the technical limitations of the NES and SNES.

King K. Rool was always torn in my side when I played Donkey Kong Country on SNES. But he's a lot of fun in Smash Bros!

Tonight I've been playing 64th Street: A Detective Story for my scrolling beat-em-up book. This one is by Jaleco, and came before it started the Rushing Beat trilogy on SNES.

It has some genuinely hilarious speech samples and a neat background throw mechanic.

I was inspired by the first game on the snes.

Terranigma. It's literally the greatest action RPG on the SNES.

Everyone should experience this game at least once.

My Megadrive Platformers Video did well, so I’m going to do the same for the SNES. Answer the question to be featured in the video! :)

What are some of your favourite SNES platformers (that aren’t Mario)?

Sparkster features an opossum knight as the main character. It was published by Konami in 1994 for the SNES. The game was different from the Genesis title which bore the same name.
