@BurningExeter In england old copies that I have seen were very different art that had a slightly risen cover
But the later books sort of gave up and used Tims art but was cropped around the illustration to keep the risen cover as a border so audiences at the tim got a glimpse of it

@BrianEngh_Art @danielkrouse4 I used to think to be successful palaeoartist, I need to rigorously stick to skeletal reconstructions. But after becoming an actual palaeontologist, realised they're a huge niche for experimenting with styles & by extension audiences.
People are arguing that audiences would get annoyed watching a whole movie where Mario has his normal voice. I see where you’re coming from, but may I point out these two beloved animated characters who have starred in many TV shows and films.
