When drawing tight clothes, shade as it was skin, i use the select tool to every muscle and then the airbrush on edges while selected on a multiply layer, after that you can use the eraser to add light details

I wanted to achieve the extra dramatic effect with rim lighting from monitors in a dark room. Everything is really rough, and I barely use undo, instead I paint over, achieving a more textured effect. I mainly use eraser to achieve clean edges.

Both these images speak to me.

Definitely don’t mind being the guy with unpleasant Truths, but need to work more on being the pencil more times than being the eraser.
