Day 18 - Camptosaurus

~ A mid-sized ornithischian dinosaur that inhabited North America and possibly Europe during the Late Jurassic. Camptosaurus would have been the common prey source for Allosaurus, probably adapted for sprinting to try to outrun potential threats.

Today's Warmup: Saint Patrick and the Beasts of Ireland. Featuring Scelidosaurus, Megaloceros and the Great Auk. Of the three, only the auks were alive during his lifetime, when they were still common in Europe.

Speculative of a triceratops diverging from its natural herbivorous diet in order to snack on a baby tyrannosaurus. Inspired by herbivore animals in real life that sometimes eat meat

Day 11: Andrewsarchus mongoliensis

This massive carnivore from the Eocene was actually an even-toed ungulate, more closely related to modern hippos and the fearsome, extinct entelodonts than any group of carnivoran mammals!
