@Kemmo_Ado @F0XnR0LL I wouldnt say its the same method but try a film grain layer and then lowering the opacity
turns out instead off finding edge pens to draw double lines like ribbons/tie/cables/etc
I could just use border effect and draw it, merge and rasterize the layers, then convert brightness to opacity and it'll turn transparent 💀💀💀💀
I'm so troglodyte
So, I've been trying out a new style of shading.
I'm using two layers of shading, one for skin (25% opacity) and one for clothes (30%). Then I use another for the heavy shadows, which was inspired by TWEWY.
I really like this one, but what do you think?
Pixel art under lines layer. Duplicate/blur/and lower opacity of blurred layer. Size it up and add vertical lines to chop it up.
It's mainly just good for lookin like you are face against the tv starin at it |__)@-@
@JessieJasonIsMe Lastly, after i finish rendering i merge all layers and apply a pink shade on top set to ‘color burn’ at 10% opacity (acting as a filter sorta) and it kind of unites the colors in unison a little more
without filter vs with filter (might be hard to notice but its there lol)
@sunifinch It's called Color Lining
Legit make the lines you want and on a separate masking layer, you can apply any colors or gradients you want; then you can change the opacity on either layer for more~
I personally did it a lot to make the overall colors stand out more; shades or not 😅
alternative ramstar dark forest design, he fucked up and ate some deathberries L (as a ghost in the real world he'd be like 60-70% or whatever opacity fits)
I made a color palette from all of my recent drawings and used it to color this portrait of Imogen! ✨ I used some Blend Mode layers and changed the opacity but I didn't change the colours in any way 😁

trying and messing with no opacity, it was fun as an exercise not gonna lie 🌙
Meet Evander, or if you'd like, call him 'Eve'. ~
Was supposed to be playing with a picture of Thrasher, and I muted the colours down accidentally by making the opacity low on one layer...and I liked it. ~

Give panzerfaust to kid! We go to Argentina
2nd slide is all sketches i drew at 51% Opacity
I actually want to give that hanged man to give more horror but i dont want too much going on for background..
Im proud of this one

One of my favorite pieces of tv trivia is that Chris Graham and Steve Russel (the illustrator and director of Invader Zim) hid these low-opacity pngs of a bloodied gir throughout the last dozen episodes of the show and people are still trying to find them almost 20 years later
@holtteher oh i really just smack dab the patch .png image in the end, i don't quite like my effort and everything else is really just made out of pencil soft (brush doesn't exist i just tick on opacity by pressure) and airbrush, really as crude as it is.
Redid just about everything though I did use the previous one as a base at like 30% opacity
Got this far in 2.5 hours. I'm just trying to be more efficient man...
To soothen my hackles about this obnoxious youtuber situation,
I tried some new brushes and it seems I finally found _the one_
with just the right amount of soft to hard edge, opacity,
width and color spread to realize the coloring of my dreams?

Dropping more Alpha, today I discovered "Multiply" in Opacity. Oh and what are those 🤔

Color Theory is weird
(All I did was put a dark blue layer (50% opacity) over JUST the coloring, not the lineart)
finally figured out how to make an aliased brush that has pressure opacity in krita!!! also messed around with some other settings too >D
Saturn rings, opacity & reflectiveness Img1 B ring the most opaque of the main rings, appearing here almost black NASA/JPL-Caltech/SSI Img3 B are up to 10 times more opaque than A, but may weigh in at only two to three times the A #SolarSystem #Space #planetology @CassiniSaturn
