Added a new feature for getting more strands, just a cutout texture being tiled and multiplying into the original cutout alpha, added an offset for the vertical UV and got this strangely appealing result!

Figured out last night that the cutout filter in ps can do a decent job of cleaning up not-too-messy hand drawn lineart. This one‘s a phone pic of a sketchbook drawing that had been sitting on my computer for a few months.
