I've always loved Xenophane's design from Vs Sonic.EXE, but I always hated that you can see the skull from how far back his face is stretched, mostly because it makes him look depressed rather than angry and threatening.
I basically painted black over them. Much better :D

His name is 'Doofus'

He is a rejected/scrapped version of a new Sonic Sez reboot titled "Sonic Sez Again" on the disc that it was found on the title on it was overwritten by black sharpie just saying "DOOFUS".
