I think its a solid start. Hits major groups while using tools that can accomplish about anything with a bit of imagination (body weight, dumbells, the barbell). Since we don't always have a gym, I started carrying some resistance bands since they're as versatile as the above

one of the best tools i have access to while writing comics is photo mode in video games.

It helps me visualize (or describe) angles and even lighting
