You can TOTALLY have realism in your BGs too. Bambi and Cinderella find a wonderful balance of realism and impressionism.
There isn't a push to have FORCED realism just to prove the artists spent a lot of time on it. It helps create the films ascetics.

And for the most part, NewLooneyTunes does has some good scenes. What started to bother me was noticing when they just did a straight line BG. Like the DEPTH is missing from these shots? The BGs are painted well, but the characters are just... THERE.

Finished Etza's updated sprite (clothes edit) and BGs that will be in the Expanded Chapter 1 Release. Only one sprite left, which just needs to be rendered ~sneak peek~ After this, it's just game-testing. So close to the release I can taste it🤯

Everyone in here is so good! These are my typical pieces, and for that you could get about 16 pieces of single chars w/bg, or around 10/11 of two chars w/bgs
