This is a 10/10 writing and scene set up. When I read this 25 years ago it was amazing. Now there are layers and more subtext I see better.

@SDuccy Then by that logic every Samus has had heels. But not every Samus has had high heels, none should. A boot heel is VASTLY different to a high heel. Thankfully, Dread's done away with the high heel and returned to the initial boot-heel look from Zero Mission, which is fine
